Wisely put. I can't imagine video being HUGE in Quebec. 
But I'll let that pass.

I am sure Quebec will more fondly cherish its 
early advanced role in aesthetics gender and internet
in so many fields than in the contribution of 
Montrealers to the highly specialised contexts of
reception of video (most of it really awful 
as I recall - I hadto help make some of it)
but I will not contradict you nor your
clear advantage in making an opinion by
virtue of your presence in that great 
vibrant and open minded city.
